Comfy couches and chairs tell you this is probably the Commons - where all the guild members can come to talk or rough house. Hmm... It seems oddly empty at the moment, Rey must be putting some finishing touches on it.

Speaking of Rey, it looks like she's sitting at the Council table drafting some kind of letter. It sounds like she's reading it under her breath.
