PURCHASING INFORMATION

Thank you for buying Micro Avionics products.  We apologize that for the time being, our web-site does not support an electronic mail order form or credit card purchases. Hence all purchases have to be done via e-mail and Banking mechanisms.

Order Details
To order, please e-mail us the following information:

1.    Your Full Name and Title (e.g. Mr. John Smith, or Dr. John Smith)

2.    The Full Delivery Address, including any Zip or Post Codes.
       (Please note that some couriers do not accept P.O.Box addresses)

3.    Your Order Details (e.g. 1 unit of ACU Starter Pack + Shipping)
       Include the total payable sum, including all shipping charges.
       When ordering multiple units of the same product, please e-mail us for discounts and
       best shipping rates.

4.    Your return e-mail address if different from the one you are sending from.

5.    Your mode of payment.
 

Payment Details
For the time being we accept the following modes of payment only:

1.    Bank Draft

2.    International Money Order

3.    Telegraph Transfers (TT On-Line): Please contact us for details

Our local banks will not accept foreign personal checks (cheques).

Please make all payments in US Dollars to:  Micro Avionics

All payments should be sent to: Micro Avionics

                                               Selangor, Malaysia.

Please attach the Ordering Details as mentioned in the above section, with the payment so that we would know who it's from. Alternatively you may quote the order's Sales Reference Number (or SRN): see the following section.
 

Order Processing
Upon receiving your Order Details, we will process your order in the following manner:

1.   We will send you a reply mail that will include all the information you sent.
      This will allow you to make sure  that we got your order as you intended.
      We will also include a Sales Reference Number (SRN) of your order in this e-mail.
      You can track the status of your order by quoting this SRN number in your subsequent e-mails.

2.   When we receive your payment, we will immediately process your order. An e-mail will be sent
      to notify you that we have received your payment. (SRN will be used)

3.   When the bank has cleared your payment, we will immediately ship your order. An e-mail will be
      sent to notify you that your order has been shipped. (SRN will be used)
