The Hairy Hand is Back!

 Furnace Fall Fest

Hairy Hand
An expanded all day program
A family-oriented event

The festival will focus on exploring the history of the park through programs and demonstrations, and at the same time showcase the new facilities.

A tentative list of events includes
  • fall foliage hikes and bike tours
  • history tours of the park and furnace
  • demonstrations of cider pressing, charcoal making, candle dipping and spinning
  • pumpkin carving
  • food vendors
  • hay rides
  • blue grass entertainment
  • and the Hairy Hand Program.
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!
