1. Daniel CARMICHAEL was born 1736 in Argyllshire, Scotland. He died 1822 in Richmond County, North Carolina.

Daniel married (1) Margaret MONROE about 1771 in Appin, Argyllshire, Scotland. Margaret died 1772 in Argyllshire, Scotland.

They had the following children:

Daniel also married (2) Sarah (Sallie) MCCOLL about 1773 in Appin, Argyllshire, Scotland. Sarah was born before 1757 in Scotland.
