Using Neuroscience in the workplace

Can you imagine how knowing more about your brain(including how it imagines things) could benefit your work?My latest venture, Brainworks, offers short residential courses designed to teach senior managers and professionals how to apply neuroscientific findings in their working lives.

Conventionalbehavioral psychology describeswhat we do, feel and think. Neuropsychology, by contrast, explains how,and why. The difference between them is that of knowing that the wheels of the bus go round and round, and understanding what drives them. But whereasbehavioral psychologyhas a well-established role in the workplace the deeper knowledge that has recently emerged from brain research has as yet barely beenput to use.

Brainworks courses are tailored to specific professions or market sectors and fine-tuned preciselyto mirrorour clients interests. Delegateslearn about the latest discoveries sometimes directly from thosewho made them - in a way that highlights their potential applications.
