Saint Elmo's of Austin, Texas.

MITCH ELY, the man acting as the new owner for the front company buying up Austin.  Tells me that ST. ELMO'S will be leveled by the end of October 2006 I asked don't you care that this is yet another AUSTIN ICON about to be razed? OH YEA SURE, that's why I'm going to keep the old neon sign after it's torn down. In it's place will be a parking lot some condo's and a retail outlet.

AS OF MARCH 1ST no more work has been done to furter the development of the st.ELMO's site, just wrecked it enough to keep people out and then just stopped.
