Pricing Available:
1. "Pet Home Only Puppies"
Males $500.00, Females $550.00
On a spay/neuter contract, Which promises you will have this pup fixed at 5-6 months old.
These puppies are AKC Reg. Shih Tzu's, However I do not issue any papers with them at "Pet
Home Only" Price.
2. Limited reg.
(AKC papers will be issued with no breeding rights)
(Basically the same as Pet Home Only Puppies but, they will recieve the AKC papers on limited
reg.)
Males $600.00, Females $650.00.
Limited means you can not breed the puppy & pup is placed on a Spay/Neuter Signed Contract.
Also, I will hold the puppy's papers till you send verifiable proof from your vet that your
puppy has been Spayed or Neutered between 5-6 months old.
3. AKC Reg. w/Full Rights(to Approved homes only!)
$750.00 & up on Males & Females depending on Markings, Color, Quality & Pedigree etc.

Why so many options? Why not one price?
Answer:
I feel,I am making our puppies affordable to people that just want to have and love a Shih
Tzu puppy without all the rift raft of AKC this and that. I have had serveral people over the
years ask me to reduce the price and keep the papers, I used to say sorry no can do, but then
I realized that they weren't being cheap, they just didn't want to pay a high price for a
family pet that was going to be spayed/neutered anyway and have a set of AKC papers that
sooner or later was thrown away due to the fact that the akc papers are just that, papers.
The only thing you can do with the AKC papers that are limited is name your dog, put your dog
in your name and well thats about it.
I personally perfer selling to Pet Homes becuase, that is why I started to breed! See over 20
yrs ago I was a Pet person too! So I figured why not give pet people a chance to own a
QUAILTY Shih Tzu for a nice price? When I first looked into getting a Shih Tzu puppy over 20
yrs ago, breeders confused me to say the least! All I wanted was a precious little puppy and
all I got was contract after contract. Well years later I do understand the contracts and the
reasonings behind them but, I also know there are still people out there that just want a
Shih Tzu puppy!!!
When selling on Limited Reg its the same thing as A Pet People Home purchase basically, but
some people "Think" that the piece of paper that comes along with the puppy makes them better
quality, NOT TRUE AT ALL. I have fine Quailty Shih Tzu's and you will recieve the best I have
regardless if your purchasing PET HOME, LIMITED or FULL RIGHTS. But I will, if you insist
give you limited reg. with a spay/neuter contract.
Full Right AKC Reg. Will go to approved homes only. This means they will be breeding the
puppy in the future so I need to approve these placements, to make sure our puppy will be in
the right hands, and not the hands of a PUPPY BROKER, a PUPPY MILL or a BACKYARD BREEDER.
I have choosen to bring these puppies into the world and I have taken on a responsiblity to
make sure they are placed in the right homes with the right people for the right reasons.
MI Buddah Tzu Shih Tzu reserves the right to refuse to place any puppy with anybody that we
feel can not provide our puppies with the love and care they need and deserve.

hard to understand all this but, the bottom line here is, if your looking for a Socialized,
Loving, Great Tempermented, Fantastic Quality, Outstanding Pedigree'd & Positively Gorgeous
