Many years ago our family migrated here from Sicily. From my parents' earliest days bussing tables to provide for their children, the bedrock of our business was layed. Every paycheck they would put aside a small amount of money to achieve their dreams and after many long years of hard work and cautious spending, purchased the home for Pasta Amore. With my parents' dreams realized in the land of opportuity, it was now up to us children to seat the customers at the start of their visit, and bus their tables when they were finished. When our parents finally retired, we agreed to preserve the family business for generations to come.
