| During National Coming Out day we sold pride ribbons to students in the High School and handed out pamphlets on respecting others. It was a very successful event and helped to fund us for future gatherings. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| "Out of the Past" Movie Screening - March 12, 2001 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| "Out of the Past", a movie history of gay people, was shown at the Montclair Public library. and had a very successful turnout of about 200 attending. The discussion following the movie was enlightening and opened doors for future events. This event was created by ourselves and GLSEN NNJ. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This year, the G/SA will be selling buttons advertising participation in "The Day of Silence." With the money obtained from the button sales, we will hold a party for all those who participated.
