Communication and Leadership Tracks

The Toastmasters education program consists of two tracks:

A new member will start with the Communication track, which emphasizes speaking and listening skills. Once the Competent Toastmaster (CTM) level has been achieved, a Toastmaster may decide to challenge himself or herself to participate in a leadership track.
