I've taken the liberty of Americanizing the spelling, to keep it consistent with the rest of the site. I'll add Pegasus in Flight and Pegasus in Space when I get them indexed.

Abrahams, Senator: (TRP) Approved the Center's financial structure.
Amalda: (TRP) Aged 27, singer with very strong broadcasting empathic (telempathy) Talent. Teams up with Bruce Vaden who acts as her "booster". Wanted by Vsevolod Roznine to affect City Hall over employment positions, she is helped by Daffyd Op Owen to capture him and help him.
Andres, Joel: (TRP) Senator. Suffers from amyloidosis but then goes into spontaneous remission. Very strongly pro-Talent.
Ari-san: (PiF) Person helped by Tirla during the public health crisis.
Avedon, Ben: (TRP) Duty Officer at Parapsychic Center.

Beyley, Titter: (TRP) Talented thief who used to drink to repress Talent.
Bilala: (PiF) Mother of illegal children helped by Tirla.
Blow, Joe: (TRP) Criminal "found" by Barbara Holland. Described as "the Joy Pill man".
Boshe, Solange: (TRP) Police alias "Maggie O" for her type 0 blood. A rogue 15-year-old Talented gypsy girl who commits many larcenies before being tracked down by Harold Orley and Daffyd Op Owen. Is finally killed by Harold Orley. Strongest Talent ever found.

Darrow, Henry: (TRP) Pioneer of Talents thanks to an accident that enabled the Goosegg device to provide scientific proof of his "talents" as a precognitive. Born 1954, he dies (as predicted) on May 12th 2051, 10.52 pm, of myocardial infarction. See also Henry Darrow in Towerdex. In hospital, he foresaw his marriage to nurse Molly Mahony.

Gillings, Frank: (TRP) LEO (Law Enforcement and Order) Commissioner and latent telepath.
Goosegg: (TRP) Ultra-sensitive electroencephalograph originally developed in the 1970s to measure the brain waves of astronauts who reported seeing lights and to monitor the effects of cosmic radiation on brain tissue. Used in hospitals to detect brain damage to newborn infants suffering oxygen starvation during birth, or in brain injuries where similar oxygen deprivation, bleeding and pressure must be ascertained. [The above is not fiction! LOL] Used to prove scientifically the presence of ESP. Later developed further to monitor brain wave activity in Talents when they have an Incident.
Gracie, Gil: (TRP) Finder killed during the search for Maggie O at train station.
Gratz: (TRP) Senator who approved the Parapsychic Center's financial structure.
Greenfield, Aaron: (TRP) State Senator and State Budget Chairman, determined to force the Talents to pay taxes. Desists after being shown the Center by Vsevolod Roznine.
Gregory: (TRP) Participant at the first public demonstration of Talent.

Heis: (TRP) LEO Officer who participated in the search for Maggie O at the train station.
Helm, Mara: (TRP) Washington precog who accompanies Daffyd Op Owen to Senator meeting. See also Canning, Mara.
Henner, George: (TRP) Ex-Vietnam soldier, financier, and owner of Beechwoods, a 12-acre estate. Henry Darrow predicts his death and as a result the estate is bequeathed to the Center.
Horvath, Dorotea: (TRP) Daughter of Ruth and Lajos Horvath. Genetically manipulated by her mother to be the "perfect" daughter. Incredibly Talented, she used to divine Talent in others more accurately than any device.
Horvath, Lajos: (TRP) Ruth's husband and Dorotea's father. Precog with fire affinity.
Horvath, Ruth: (TRP) Wife of Lajos, Dorotea's mother. Undefined Talent, but she changed the genetic pattern of the fertilized ovum at conception to improve the chances of having a Talented child. Also able to block other people's Talent, as she does to Dorotea and Lajos.
Hummel, Frank: (TRP) Henry Darrow's landlord. Evicts Henry after he goes public about being Talented.

Iselin, Sally: (TRP) Telepath. Works at the Testing Clinic and also with Harold Orley. Considered as "puppy-like" by Daffyd Op Owen who marries her.

Orley, Harold: (TRP) Receiving telempath with an IQ of 50. A barometer of general psychic atmosphere, he used to judge correct temperament of patients suffering from drug-induced hallucinations. Kills Maggie O as her psychic storm is hurting him.

Roznine, Vsevolod: (TRP) Pan-Slavic leader. Wants to use Amalda's Talent to influence the City Council into giving out fair employment offers. Has limited Talent and can only link to Amalda.
