(TRP) Ultra-sensitive electroencephalograph originally developed in the 1970s to measure the brain waves of astronauts who reported seeing lights and to monitor the effects of cosmic radiation on brain tissue. Used in hospitals to detect brain damage to newborn infants suffering oxygen starvation during birth, or in brain injuries where similar oxygen deprivation, bleeding and pressure must be ascertained. [The above is not fiction! LOL] Used to prove scientifically the presence of ESP. Later developed further to monitor brain wave activity in Talents when they have an Incident.
