The Faggot - *Note: The MGRC isn't homophobic*. A term used to describe a particularly frustrating force of nature that made every second of an early-March run miserable and nearly ruined Kindra's Special Day. Also known as wind, "the faggot" has tormented the MGRC along with countless other runners.
The Sting - The distinct sensation one feels after being beaten by Kindra (also called The Sting of Losing to Kindra).
Playgra (n.) - A weird pronunciation of 'playboy' that B Rock came up with. The word playbone also came up in this manner. Basically can mean anything from player to friend.
Loman - Kindra's secret manlover
Waffle House - A game on a long bus ride to Florida turned into another name for a lewd hand gesture.
Spry (adj.)- Feeling fresh and ready to blaze.
If You Don't Give a Damn Go and Throw it Up - The hand gesture accreditted to Lil Prebeye although I'm pretty sure he has never or done it or even heard of it. This involves crossing your arms across your chest and flapping your hands.
Bangerang - Phrase taken from Rufio (who is a baller) in the movie Hook. Reminded to me by my sister's oafish boyfriend who was trying to pronounce boomerang. Pretty much means the same thing as ballin except to a slightly lesser extent. (i.e. - setting my PR in the Accusplit)
AccUsplit - This really crappy stop watch that somehow provided hours of entertainment at state track.
*Old School Technique - Where you have to click the accusplit with the same hand you hold it in.
*Freestyle Technique - Where you can use any means neccessary to get the fastest time.
Oswego Die (n.)- To have your pace significantly reduced. Not just an ordinary die, but one so horrific that it needs an adjective to describe the severity of which a runner has slowed. (see story for more)
The Docket (n.) - Coined by legendary coach Kup of DGN. The schedule of the day.
Whirlwind (n.) - A technique of throwing the frisbee where you spin around and then throw it
Grill Piece (n.) - Face and/or space
The Twinkle of Kindra (n.) - Theory that whenever Kindra is present people will be more willing to participate in that activity. Guess who came up with this one
Cabana Wear (n.) - A term invented by Kindra at outdoor track conference last year. Means an outfit either running or nonrunning that provides inadequate coverage for cold conditions.
Kindraism (n.) - A term that Kindra invents. Basically half the terms on this site.
Take That and Rewind It Back (v.) - When somebody hears a phrase and in turn tweaks it slightly to burn the person who originally delivered said phrase.
"Too Soon" (adj.) - A potential joke that is withheld due to the fact that it refrences a possibly touchy subject that has happened very recently. The phrase itself has becone hilarious in itself making such jokes unnecessary.
