For anybody who dreams of becoming a member of the MGRC, there are several crucial bits of information they must learn: |

The Uni:
Sometimes refered to as "the ballin uni", this particlular outfit consists of 3 different parts. The most important part of the ensemle is the ballin headgear, the orange and black striped head band. Without this, a MGRC member is naked. Some runners have either forgotten, lost, or decided against wearing this particular item, and needless to say, experienced awful races. (see DK in the DG 10 miler) The second article of the uni is the ballin singlet. Generously sposonered by the Kindra Family, this singlet is an obnoxious shade of orange with white and black. Finally comes the short shorts. Only men very comfortable with their heterosexuality have the audacity to wear these shorts, but when they are, they put the finishing touches on the ballin Uni. |

Ballin (adj.) - Something that is good, but in an unordinary way. (i.e. - Barron's win in the 3k in which he won with his uniform wrapped around his head wearing sunglasses with no lenses in the pooring rain. |

Jag Bag (n.) - A person severely lacking in ballin characteristics. Originally coined by T-Rex in reference to DK's lack of chemistry knowledge |

Get THAT out of here - A command or insult, usually refering to a weak time that some one is bragging about |

Kindra Workout - Drive all the way to the track, jog a quarrter, run a mile at a moderate pace, and run a quarter cool down |

"There it is" - Phrase used to describe a particular clicking form in an online card game in which i had to click the mouse over 1000 times. Now, it's used to describe any new discovery worthy of getting excited over. |

Trash - Anything of poor quality (times, food, etc.). Coined by DK in reference to cafeteria food at E Illinois |

|
Blaze (v.) - To run, usually at a fast clip. |

Clip (n) - Pace |

|
|
Ballin Headgear - Anything worn on the head that could be considered ballin. Originally coined in reference to the foam antlers at The Ramble |

Horn Mov - A mispronunciation of a guy from Goldeneye. Doesn't really have any meaning |
|
|
|
The Jedi's - A four man crew that was able to illegally obtain a gigantic box of toilet paper without being noticed |

|
|
Make a mockery - A common practice by Barron. To be obnoxious to the extenent at which you draw attention to yourself and those around you.. |
