Completion

The project is done, for the most part. Of course every Stang is a never ending project, so phase 1 is complete. After all is said and done I would say that the whole project was very easy. We had some advantages. We had a complete car to use and we also had another complete car as a reference. I would suggest this to anyone with the slightest bit of confidence. Below is the list of total expenditures for the project:
- One smashed 1992 5.0 Mustang Hatchback LX - $6,000
- One 1988 4 cylinder notchback LX - $1,100
- Set of BBK Headers - $160
- One tub of hand cleaner - $7
- New heater core (Hey while the dash is out, why not?) - $30
- Countless hours of labor - Priceless
If you deduct the cost of the 1992 LX that was smashed, I'd say it was quite a bargain. This project also gives you plenty of so very useful 4 cylinder parts (Heavy sarcasm).
