| This site is dedicated to one of the most powerful and controverisal acts that has been passed by the United States government. To some this act was nesscary to combat terrorism in light of the events that transpired on 11 September 2001. To others it tramples on the rights of the average everyday United States. The site is designed to get a brief overview of the 9-11, how the intellegence and government agencies operated before the attacks, what the act attempts to fix inorder to try not to allow another attack on the U.S. homeland, and a voices against the act.
