Who am I?:
From a technician in non-destructive laboratories, to QA Director and eventually assuming the responsibilities of a Vice President of Quality, I have accumulated a wealth of diverse well rounded information based on 20 + years of experience and "trial by fire". Much of my time was spent in the Aerospace, and Chemical industry but I also have excellent experience with the Automotive, and Paper & Plastic film coating industries.
I now specialize in quality system management, implementation, continuous improvement, and customer / supplier relations.

KAIZEN
"Where there is no perception of a problem,
there can be no improvement."
This is but one small thought contained in the
philosophy of Kaizen. If people don't believe a
a system or process has a problem they will
not actively pursue improving it.
"If it isn't broke don't fix it."
This may be fair advice at home but in business
you must continuously improve just to keep up
with the competition.
Take a look at the present methods used in your
quality system. Are you utilizing cross functional
teams for problem solving? Are you trying to
increase shop floor participation?
If you investigate you will find that you are already
utilizing some of the ideas put forth in Kaizen.
Why not use them all and get the full benefit of
this proven tool? Kaizen works!
