Classes

In d20 modern, the game is totally imbalanced (personally speaking) that the basic class "fast" is far too powerful. In order to counter this, I've decided to do the following for the classes:

Strong Hero
Increase hit die to d10 from d8, because it is not fair for a character with high defence (Fast), and ranged attacker to have the same HP as a melee attacker.

Tough Hero
Increase hit die to d12 from d10, because it is not fair for a character with high defence (Fast), and ranged attacker to have the same HP as a person who is supposed to take melee damge.

AC Against Attacks

The defender always wins (Not getting) if the attacker hits them with an attack roll  which is equal, or less to the defender's AC.

Clothes and Weight

It is always assumed that the weight of your clothes are apart of you, and are included in your weight, not carrying capacity.

Wealth System (Modified)  

When a person by numerous items of the same kind- they have to add a +1/quanity to the purchase DC. Example: Brian Togart has a wealth of 18. He decides to buy 3 GPS receivers. The base price for a GPS is 15. Since he is buying three of them in bulk, applying this rule will get a purchase DC 18. Do keep in mind- this enitre idea is discontinued.
