Piccolo is from Planet Namek. In Dragonball he was born from an egg that shot out of his father's (Piccolo Daimaou) mouth when Goku shot through Daimaou's chest. He is a complete re-incarnation of his father, except he has a conscience. He is first shown in DBZ when Radditz attacks him, he then teams with Goku to defeat Radditz. He switches to the good side when he realizes that Goku is stronger than him, but could need his help.
