Get Involved

You can take as active a role in MetalFTUIalumni as your time and energy permit. Some ways you can contribute include: nominating candidates for the Board of Directors; voting in elections; joining a MetalFTUIalumni. committee to participate in MetalFTUIalumni. programs; nominating candidates for awards; or network with other alumni through MetalFTUIalumni Update. The ways you can get involved are unlimited. We're also always looking for new ideas, so let us know what you'd like to see MetalFTUIalumni do!

Campus Committee

We are currently focusing on finding ways to support MetalFTUI students and Department members. Activities include career and professional information panels, student mentoring projects, and guest speaker programs. A groups of individuals called Campus Associates have volunteered their time and services to assist with these efforts. Request information about becoming a Campus Associate.

Career Committee

MetalFTUIalumni is establishing a variety of services to MetalFTUI students at etallurgical Department. Activities include: providing assistance to the Director of the Student Center IMMET, providing speakers for Student Organizations, and help in identifying internship, coop, and job training opportunities. If you know of an internship opportunity for an MetalFTUI student, let us know about it.
