| Week 19-The baby is now measuring 9 inches and weighs about 10 ounces. The kicks are now intentional. I feel as if I go to the bathroom every 10 minutes. I am feeling extremely good. I have been doing everything pretty much normal except for I do eat more! I walk 1.5-2 miles 5 days a week. When I walk I feel like I have so much more energy! The kicking/punching is all the time. |
| Week 20-The five senses are now developed. The baby now has 4 layers of skin rather then 2. The baby now can recognize my voice. He/she measures about 10 inches and weighs close to 12.5 ounces. 5 months now! Half way home! It seems like it is going by so fast! Everything seems to be going really good. |

| Week 21-Measuring 10.5 inches and close to 14 ounces now the baby is able to sense sounds from inside the uterus and outside my body. The baby is able to recognize the mother's voice already. I have been feeling unbelievably good lately. Within this past week my stomach has definately come out rounded and I look more pregnant. The baby is so active and he/she does not like me laying on my right side. The baby lets me know with a kick to move everytime! We had a Dr. appointment this week. We had another sonogram for a sex check and found out we are having a baby girl! We are so excited! Everything else looked great. The Alpha Feta Protein test came back negative (that is good!). I gained 5 pounds this past month! Wow! |
