Nutrition
Most people believe that starving themselves is the best way to lose weight. Those that are seeking for weight loss tend to become bulimic or anorexic. Not only is depriving yourself of food a bad way to lose weight, it is also a dangerous method. People fail to realize that there are other ways to become fit and that is to exercise regularly, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and obtaining the required nutrients. Your body depends on the 6 types of food categories to carry out every day tasks as well as to "heal and construct" us. The majority
of the energy you have comes from the food you eat; without it, you would become very tired and possibly ill. For more information and advice on how to maintain a healthy diet, click on the link below.

Some "healthy" food products claim to be dietary because of their low calories. However, that is another false belief. In reality, those food products could be even more fattening than regular food. Healthy UnhealthyWater is Critical
Our body is 60% water, brain is 70% of water, and lungs are nearly 90% water. Every single day, our body uses up to 2.4 liters or 2.5 quarts of water that comes from what we ingest, which we must replenish. Our bodies use water in multiple ways: protecting our brain, spinal cord, and tissues, keeping our body temperature moderate, and rids our body of wastes. Water is most likely the most important thing to keep you alive. Without it, you would eventually enter a coma and die. Thus, the average human cannot survive more than 3 days without water.
