Group Training

At Fine & Fit, you’ll find all of the latest cardio and strength training equipment along with a dynamic group exercise program that includes classes like yoga, group cycling, mixed martial arts, muscle endurance training and Pilates. Most importantly, you’ll find an energetic, supportive environment full of all kinds of people who are committed to achieving their goals.

Endurance

One of our main types of exercises, we mainly focus on aerobics to better our endurance. Our endurance sets helps strengthen your heart and your energy. Your ability to keep exercising improves gradually as you continue with our program.

Strength

For those seeking for a way to become stronger, we provide classes that work on building up strength. Studies have shown that building up strength will reduce sprains, tears, and other injuries. It is one of the best ways to start or continue a healthier lifestyle.

Flexibility/Balance

At Fine & Fit, flexibility and balance are just as important as building strength and endurance. Most fail to realize, but both exercises help prevent every day injuries just like building strength; they help us become more stabilized. Along with better posture, they also improve our mental health by reducing our stress.
