Short term housing
If you have not already secured housing before your arrival here in Cleveland, we will attempt to find a host/hostess who can put you up temporarily at their home for a maximum stay of 3-5 days. Please specify that you would like “short term housing” if this is a need for you. This will give you enough time to look for your own housing, whilst allowing you to put your bags in a safe place, shower and to sleep. Again, two weeks notice is requested.
Food and transportation is on your own. The short term volunteers are working people generally (unless they are students), and would not be available to bring you around to look for housing. However, these are people whom we have chosen because of their proximity to the campus or to readily available transportation to Case campus.
Other housing options are available in and around the area close to Case. Be prepared to walk a lot and bring good walking shoes. Furnished or unfurnished apartment units are available. Check out housing options under Case’s website that is updated every Friday. (Off campus housing)
