Tromso

We had a short stop at Bodoe on the way to Tromsų city. We found its cathedral interesting.

Next was Tromsų city, the largest city in Northern Norway and the Gateway to the Arctic Ocean. It also has a distinctive Arctic Cathedral. Arctic Ocean whaling is part of Tromsų's history.

And then we were back on our trip, crossing over the Arctic Circle the next day. Marty harkened back to his rock-climbing days in Yosemite Valley when he saw these sheer, over-hanging cliffs.
