Trondheim

Trondheim. A city we would have stayed a few days if we had but known . . . We had only a few hours to see the Ringve Museum of Musical History, and the absolutely unforgetable(unfortunately closed) Nidaros Cathedral. Many of the rooms of the Ringve Museum are named after, and furnished in the period style of, famous composers such as Chopin, Beethoven and Grieg. The Cathedral walls, statues and windows are indescribable in their detail.

The next two pictures focus on a Bishop with three severed heads in his arms. One wall with knights and religious figures Bishop holds 3 heads And then it was time to leave Trondheim, too soon. We passed this beautiful lighthouse on the way back out into the fjords. Lonely Lighthouse
