Web Design Experience

When I was doing my Multimedia course I did my work experience in a Leeds company called Parallel. This lasted for two months. When my course ended I started to work there casually two or three times a week for three months. I edited content in NHS and the University of Leeds web pages, checking spelling and syntax and the layout.

I have done some web design myself and published an essay and some interactive Spanish language teaching material that I have created:

This is the link to my PhD dissertation: La Funcionalidad de lo No-Verbal en Una Comedia Ligera de Eduardo Mendoza (Universidad de Oviedo, 1998)

This is an interactive webpage I designed in 2004. All materials were created by myself or as part of a team. From time to time I edit our Spanish links list and update & create our online learning materials at LFA, the University of York. I am also working in the design of a new webpage with more interactive Spanish learning materials.

This is an essay I loved writing for my multimedia course which I decided to publish in the Internet.

Here I have published some of my poems. I have been writing poetry, both in English and Spanish, since I was seventeen. I took the photograph in Gijón, my hometown, about three years ago.

Designed as part of my course work. I used some professional graphic design and video software like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.

This is a Spanish version of my CV.

This is a website I designed in March 2007 using two rather striking pictures of my eyes and some text to create some kind of digital visual poetry.
