The sports museum dedicated to 'The Coach' Eddie Robinson was to be designed on the edge of his home stadium. The land alloted to the same 12,000 sqft. was a chunk taken off the main access areas to the stadium. Keeping in mind the fact that people do tend to stand on the staadium periphery the meuseum had to be a 'non-distractive' piece of work and yet symbollise its authoritativeness over the game , players and spectators. Keeping the museum under the ground helped the building be cool and openings helped cross ventilation in this hot climate zone. |
