REGISTRATION and CHECK-IN is in the lobby of Western Hills Guest Ranch beginning at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday October 13 EXCEPT for CLP;s and their spouse attending the Aquila & Priscilla Gathering. Those attending the CLP Gathering should check-in between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Monday, October 12.
The activities begin with Dinner at 5:30 p.m. each day and conclude with a box lunch at noon on Thursday, October 15. There is free time Wednesday afternoon to enjoy the park. Activities include hiking, golf, and for whomever is brave enough, swimming.

Cancellations and Refunds
Should someone have to cancel, full refunds will be issued to those who cancel by October 3, 2009.
Childcare:
The Conference is a time of rest and spiritual enrichment. We encourage those with children to provide for child care at home. If you do bring children, childcare will be available for preschoolers only during the plenary sessions and seminars. Limited scholarships are available for parents needing to pay for childcare at home. Contact the Conference Registrar for information.
Transportation
Conference participants are responsible for their own transportation. A map to the State Park will be mailed in early September to all registered. Sequoyah State Park is approximately eight miles east of Wagoner, OK., on highway 51. If you fly the nearest airport is Tulsa. Transportation will be provided at a cost of $15 per person, each way ($30.00 round trip). Be prepared to pay the driver.
