Conference Cost

Over the years the cost of meals, rooms, registration, and tuition has averaged about $250 per participant. Most of this cost is underwritten by the generosity of individuals, supporting congregations, and governing bodies. Because of their gifts to you, we are able to keep "Wee Fees" for clergy and leaders of our small churches. Conference rates are:

PC(USA) Churches under 126 members:

$60.00 for individuals

$80.00 for an individual and spouse

PC(USA) Churches with 126 - 200 members:

$90.00 for individuals

$120.00 for an individual and spouse

PC(USA) Churches with more than 200 members:

Churches with more than 200 members are welcome to send an observer/participant, space permitting. Churches with more than 200 members are asked to pay the full cost of the conference ($250.00) per participant.

There is NO additional cost for CLP's who come on Monday for the Aquila and Priscilla Gathering. A special grant through First Presbyterian Church, Tulsa, OK., covers the cost of this special time for CLP's.

A maximum of six (6) persons, including clergy and spouse, from any one congregation may attend at the above rates. All others must pay the full cost of the conference which is $250.00

All rates are based on double occupancy. Private rooms are available for an additional $75. Charges for children will equal the host facility charges.

Registration Deadline is September 30, 2009
