Welcome To CAP!
The Constitution Action Party (CAP) is a new political party arising out of the ashes of the two major parties. Democrats are increasingly alienated from the values of most Americans and have forgotten how best to represent the economic interests of their main constituency, working families. Republicans generally do a better job of reflecting traditional American values (that's why they are gaining strength at the expense of the Democrats), but they never did have any real interest in promoting the economic well-being of working families. And Republicans will eventually crack in two over the issue of abortion.

CAP intends to become the new majority party in this country by uniting traditional values with a well-thought-out program of economic populism.

Americans should not go into the 21st century with the IRS still breathing down their necks. CAP will eliminate the personal income tax.

American workers should not have to bargain down their wages against Asian and Latin American workers. CAP will achieve global wage parity within a decade.

America's destiny is not to police the rest of the world by force of arms but to give the world a strong example of economic dynamism and political stability. CAP will universalize the Monroe Doctrine and preserve our military strength for real threats to our national interest.

Abortion (ALL abortion, not just partial-birth abortion) is an insult to the Author of Life. CAP will work tirelessly for a reversal of the shameful Roe v. Wade decision. Unlike Republicans (and even more unlike Democrats, who are the party of abortion), we are proud to have this as a litmus test for any candidate wanting to run under our banner.

Racism is an utter moral and intellectual abomination and is especially dangerous when the federal government indulges in it with "affirmative action" programs. CAP will eliminate all race-based favoritism at the same time we utterly condemn racists, whatever their skin color, who cannot see all Americans as precious children of God.
