Shawnie's uncle spoke up and said "Shawn, I made him say that."
"Well I am sorry to hear that but he can leave now." she snapped back.
Shawnie's uncle told the police men to take Nate back to the station and then he walked in the house. Shawnie walked into the kitchen and said "Why was I not told about him going to trail today?"
"I had the judge put a rush on it because he is a flight risk." her uncle told her.
"Well there is another turn to this whole thing. Drea has to talk to you also." Shawnie said buttering her toast.
"What about?" he asked.
"She will have to tell you. I will go up and get her." she said.
Shawnie disappeared upstairs and got Drea up. When Shawnie came downstairs her uncle was fixing eggs and sausage. Her uncle looked up and said "Hello Drea!"
"Hello, Mr. Parker." Drea said.
"Shawnie says that you need to talk to me. So go ahead and talk." he said.
"Well Nate raped me also." she said straight out.
He looked at her with a stunned look and said "When did this happen?"
"A mouth before I started going out with Skeet." she said.
Shawnie heard someone moveing around so she shut the kitchen door and went to see who it was. It was Skeet. She had to stall him so Drea could talk to her uncle. Skeet walked downstairs and Shawnie grabbed Skeets arm and said "Hey will you clean out the pool for me please."
Skeet looked at her and said "Why can't John do it?"
"Because he won't be here for another two weeks and it really needs cleaned." she said.
"Okay I will clean it after I wake up and eat breakfast." he told her.
Shawnie knew it was hopless so she ran infront of the kitchen door. Skeet looked at her weird and said "Okay what is going on?"
"Nothing I really need the pool cleaned." she said.
"Okay I will get to it later." he scrowled at her.
"Okay. Calm down." Shawnie said as she pushed on the door.
Drea and her uncle was eatting breakfast. They had stopped talking because they heard Skeet.
Shawnie looked at her uncle and said "So when do you want me to come down to the court house."
"It will be at ten o'clock." he said.
"Okay I will be there thanks for stopping by and telling me about it." she said
Her uncle got up and started to leave. Shawnie walked him to the door and he told her that he need to get Drea's statment on record. Shawnie shook her head yes and gave him a hug, when she walked back into the kitchen Skeet was talking to Drea. Shawnie grabbed a plate and started eating. Shawnie was sitting at the table when Josh walked in. Shawnie looked up and said "Did you sleep well?"
"Yes, I did." Josh said as he grabbed a plate of food
Shawnie smiled and took her plate to the dishwasher and said "I am going for a swim."
"Hold on and I will go with you." Josh said in between bites.
"I really need to start training again. I have to do this alone, but you can watch if you'd like." she said to him.
Shawnie gave him a kiss on his cheek and disappeared upstairs. Shawnie walked to the pool and started stretching. She got up on the board and shook her hands and got herself relaxed and then got into postion and then dove in. She swam to the middle of the pool before coming up for air. She started swimming like she was in a race.

   Josh waited on the chairs for her to finish swimming.   Shawnie got out of the pool and started drying her legs and arms off. Josh waited for her to dry herself off before he got up and walked over toward her. Shawnie smiled and put her arm around his waist and said "I have to take a shower and get ready for court."
"You have court today. For what?" he asked her.
"They moved Nate's trail for today." she told him.
"Oh I understand. Do you want me to go with you?" he asked her.
"You can come with me if you want, but you don't have to." she said
Josh gave her a little hug and followed her upstairs. She went straight to the bathroom so she could take a shower.   Josh went to his room to get changed. Shawnie was fixing her hair when Josh came back to her room. Shawnie looked up and smiled and said "Are you ready?"
"Yeah I think so." he said
"Okay I am just about ready all I have to do is get my shoes and then we can going." she told him standing up and walking over to her closet.
Shawnie slipped into her shoes and grabbed her purse and smiled at Josh. She walked over toward him and he gave her a hug and kissed her head. Shawnie hugged him back and said "I have to see if Drea is ready."
Josh let her pass and followed her to Skeet's room.   Drea was just walking out when they got there. Drea smiled and said "Okay let's get this over with."

They took Josh's truck to the court house. Shawnie's uncle Steven was waiting for them. When they walked into the court house Grant was standing inside the door waiting for them.    Shawnie saw him and said "What are you doing here?"
"Steve called me and asked me to be here." Grant told her.
Shawnie looked at Steven but didn't say anything.
"I just wanted him here for safe precautions. Don't worry it will be all right." he told her.
Shawnie smiled and said "Okay let's get this over with."
They all follow each other into the court room. They all sat in the back row. Nate was walked into the room. His lawyer was talking to him. The judge walked and everyone stood up unitl he said "Please be seated."
They sat down and the judge looked thru the case and said "How does your defendant plea?"
"Not gulity your honor." Nate's lawyer told him.
Shawnie's heart sank into her stomach.
"Fine we will set a court date then and ......." the judge said before he was intrupted.
"Your honor I would like to say something if I could." Nate said standing up.
"Sure go ahead son." he said to him.
"Your honor I would like to change my plea to guilty if I could. I don't want to put anyone thru anymore heartache. I just want this to be done and over with sir." Nate said to him.
"Son, you do realize that you can go to prison for this crime." the told him.
"I know that sir, but I really don't care I have been there before. I am not afraid to go back." Nate told him.
"Okay you will be sentenced in two weeks." the judge told him.
Nate sat back down and then the judge said "The next case please."
Shawnie stood up and Josh and Drea followed her, Shawnie was about to walk out the door to go outside when Grant stopped her.
