Unfortunately, I do not use the phone or fax these days, as I prefer to use either email or (if voice communication is absolutely necessary) palantir. Perhaps you could obtain a palantir for yourself - a far superior technology.

Considering the inherent risk in such a transaction, I
cannot accept less than 40 percent of the total.
