April 24, 2009 "Thriller, Filler, Spiller" Container Gardening presented by Rita Denton. Dandridge Senior Citizens Center at 2 P.M. May 22, 2009 "New Herbs & Perennials" presented by Elizabeth Budzinski of Elizabeth's Garden. Dandridge Senior Citizens Center at 2 P.M. June 27, 2009 "Bloom's Day" at the University of Tennessee Gardens. Meet at the First Baptist Church at 9 A.M. to car pool to Knoxville. July 24, 2009 "Weird Plants" presented by Susan Bryant and Janet Drass-Talbot. Dandridge Senior Citizens Center at 2 P.M. August 28, 2009 "Wildflowers" presented by Holly Burcham and Guest. Dandridge Senior Citizens Center at 2 P.M. September 18, 2009 "Butterflies are Free" presented by Kara East of Ijams Nature Center. Nominations and elections of new officers and board members. First United Methodist Church at 2 P.M. September 25 and 26, 2009 FLOWER SHOW in conjunction with the Dandridge Scots-Irish Festival First United Methodist Church Judging on September 25th Entries 11 A.M. - Judging 2 P.M. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC September 26th 9 A.M. - 3 P.M. October 23, 2009 "Holiday Salad Luncheon" First Baptist Church at 12 noon. Bring your favorite homemade holiday decoration for sharing with the club. More information will be available at the September meeting. Installation of Officers and Board Members for 2010. |
