My writing samples

The samples on this page represent what I consider my best work from each year. I have arranged them in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recent. It represents newspaper work I have done since my beginnings at the Southwest Standard. If you want to read the clip, follow these directions:

1. Place your pointer over the headline

2. Click.

3. Adobe Acrobat should load, allowing you to read the clip.

Note: You will probably find it less of a strain on your eyes if you print the clips.

You must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Unless your machine is especially old, you should already have one. If you need a copy of Acrobat Reader you can download it by following the link at the top right side of the page.

Yours Truly,

Mark R. Fletcher
