Dragons are a popular fantasy subject. There are tons of novels, board games, video games, and movies featuring these mightly winged behemoths. Dragons have been portrayed as villains and heroes.
Dragons have appeared in films as early as 1941 with Disney's "The Reluctant Dragon". This dragon is not ferocious like his kin, but instead is a poetry loving coward. On the other hand, in 1981 the movie Dragonslayer portrays the stereotypical dragon. The dragon attacks the village of Urland and the people hold a lottery to choose a virgin to sacrifice. The princess discovers that her father has kept her name out of the lottery of virgins and fixes the next lottery so that she is chosen. The king petitions a great wizard to save his daughter.
