| Introduction |
RECOMMENDATION LETTER 2Madrid, October 10, 2003 To whom it may concern: Dr. Manuel Leandro has been with us, under my direct supervision, for four academic years, from 1995 to 1998. He undertook several matters related to electronics and circuits and continued somer research he was carrying out before coming here, about aid systems for the handicapped. Being ours a just started university, he was entrusted to launch several matters and to develop study material for our students, by himself as well as in collaboration with other colleagues, which he did quite well. The statistics collected from the students reveal he was also a good and very appraised teacher. In summary, it's a pleasure for me to recommed Dr. Leandro for any post where effort, good work and frankness toward the task and the people are important. Yours sincerely,
