INTRODUCTION

Of Spanish nationality, born in 1965, educated as Doctor of Telecommunications, which a career as researcher and lecturer, and currently involved in cooperation in development, especially on the African continent.

Generalist and versatile, with a big ability for self-teaching, my career matches an evolution of ideas I describe in "Trajectory of Interests".

For better understand "why" and "where", I invite the reader of this curriculum to first have a look at this chapter, before proceeding to more standards ones as education or professional activities.
