In the year 1995 Mr.& Mrs. Reanato Galicia build their boarding house in P-2, San Teodoro, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur.
Actually this boarding house is not planning to build,they started to build the boarding house because of the
person approaching them to board even do the room that time is not really comfortable. The reason why the
people approach them because of the water that they has, the water destrict.When they start to build this
boarding house there are 5 rooms for rent, that time the payment is only 100 pesos in the year 1995.
When the government has an order about the widening in the year 2004 they need to re constract their
boarding house and construct again beside their home.In the year 2004-2008 there are 10 boarders
graduated every year and this present generation there are a lot rooms rented and
every rooms has a 4 deck,3 deck,2 deck and 1 deck we can say that they improve a lot.
Every boarders has a right to use their
benefits by following the rules.
When the first semister started the boarders cunducted the
orientation especially to the new boarders.
