1) After the semister end, the owner of the boarding house will blow out the students/boarders if all of them will pay their monthly obligation. 2) During Christmass Vacation, the boarders will hhave their christmass party at boarding house together with the owner of the boaring house. 3)Birth day of boarders; If the boarders celebrating their birthday during classes the boarders will contribute any amount it is compulsory. 4)Birth day of the owner; If the land lady celebrating her birthday the boarders will do a "manyanita" during 4 am in the morning and it really fan because there are an open corum happened all the boarders will give a message to the land lady, after that is eating and bonding.
