Join the Team Spokes Helpin' Folks
There is no better way to see the country than bicycling. The National
Multiple Sclerosis Society's MS150 Bike Tours are just the opportunity to have
fun doing this while On September 8th/9th we will join 2000 others on a ride through beautiful eastern Missouri countryside. This is a fun ride, not a race. There is no need to worry about food or bike problems. The MS150 is a fully supported two day tour, complete with catered break areas, sag wagons, and cheerleaders. All you have to do is show up and pedal. Most of the Spokes Helpin' Folks team will be starting in Troy (MO). However, if you would rather start in Columbia (MO) then we will look forward to seeing you at the big Fiesta Saturday night in Mexico (MO) . Just look for the people having the most fun.
