Ladydirtold's Page - A homeschool stay at home mom's page with good resources.Classical Home Education - My current favorite commercial site. I love their curriclum packages, and Kathleen Desmaris, who's in charge of ordering, etc. is an angel. When our yearly shipment got lost this year, she sent us EVERYTHING we had ordered at no expense to us, even though it was MY apartment complex that lost the shipment. Pandia Press - These are the wonderful people that write the History Odyssey curriculum that I adore so! Learning Through History magazine. This is an invaluable resource to the classical homeschooler. The articels are clearly written. Various ages of children (and adults) will enjoy the thoughtful questions as well as the fun activities in every issue. The Well Trained Mind web site - The homepage for the book that introduced me and hundreds of others to practical Classical Education. There are links on this page to Peace Hill Press, the business from which you can purchase The Story of the World series. A Light at the End of the Tunnel - A fabulous collection of homeschooling links for all types of homeschoolers. Tennessee Home Education Association - Invaluable resource for Tennessee Homeschoolers Flylady - A necessity for homeschooling mom who also wants a clean house Ology - A very cool interactive science site Greek 'n' Stuff - The site for the Latin's Not So Tough materials. Great Books Academy - An online classical education, with some good resources even if you don't buy the courses. 5dollarsoftware.com - My favorite source of cheap software. The selection is decent, and the price is always 5 dollars with 3 dollars for shipping. I like it so well that I'm an affiliate! |
