When you sell your property it is your responsibility to provide a Homeowners' Association Packet to the purchaser.  Packets may be ordered by contacting Barry Kean (804-580-2709) at a cost of $50.  (Make a check out to MBPOA and allow 14 days for preparation).

Wildlife

Wildlife in Mallard Bay is diverse and abundant, but in the end, is just as the name implies -- wild.  For your safety as well as theirs, do not feed waterfowl or other wild animals.  Bird feeders on your own property, however, are permitted.
