Eyes

Eye Shadow * Eye Liner * Glitter

Eye Shadow Today, two shades of eye shadow make much more of
a difference than one. Usually the best combination
is the same color just in different shades. Use lighter
shades up towards the top, and the darker shades right
at the lashline or the crease of your eye. Lighter
shades make your eyes seem smaller than they actually
are, so if you have small eyes, I would recommend
sticking with darker colors. However, if you choose a
color such as black or navy blue that is very dark, it
will also make your eyes appear to be smaller than they
are. If you want to make your eyes look bigger, use
shimmery colors like silver, medium blue, or a darker
pinkish color.

Brown Eyes: All shades of brown, beige, skin
tone or grey are nice colors. Also, shades
of purple such as lilac or violet work well.

Blue/Grey Eyes: All shades of blue, grey, pinks
and silver are good colors.

Green Eyes: All shades of green, light browns,
beige, and gold. Avoid pink, dark brown, or
red colors.

Eye Liner
Eye liner is good for people who have big eyes.
If you line your eyes in a darker color, it will
make them appear to be smaller. If you have small
eyes, eyeliner might not be the best thing for you.

Brown Eyes: Dark colors like black, brown, and navy
blue are good colors.

Blue/Green/Grey Eyes: Browns, blues, and lighter
colors work well with light colored eyes.

Glitter
Glitter has become very popular in the past few
years, especially among teenage girls. It accentuates
the eyes very well because of the glare, and makes
your eyes sparkle. It comes in lots of different colors.
You can get it in a loose powder, a roll on stick, and
in rub on sticks.
