Complexion: smooth, milk chocolate brown. Some bleimishes and freckles on her ears.
Identifying Marks/Other: Yeshi has a mole just below her lip, on the left side, and a faint dimple in her right cheek . She's a casual dresser, liking to wear short loose dresses in summer and belted tunics and trousers in winter. Her favorite colors are green, navy, wine and gray.

Personality: Yeshi has a quick, active mind, delving into many different ideas and theories. She�s sociable, and loves discussion and debate, being very spontaneous and expressive with others.. She enjoys unexpected opportunities for meeting people, or doing things on the spur of the moment. Yeshi has difficulty in organizing and systematizing the handling of her responsibilities. Yeshi can work on any undertaking intently as long as it absorbs her interest, but can�t continue when confronted by obstacles or by tedious monotony, limiting her success at her undertakings. Yeshi�s hobbies include art and music. She doesn�t like to be told she has to do something exactly like everyone else, being independent and individual.
     Yeshi can be very caustic and outspoken when she is challenged or angry. She is a generous, perceptive and determined person.

History: Yeshi had a fairly normal, mostly uneventful, happy childhood. She was adventurous, climbing anything she could get her hands on, including the weyrwalls at thr age of 10, landing in the infirmary so often that her father teased her that she should become a healer.
     When Yeshi wasn't getting in all kinds of trouble that resulted in anything from scraped knees to a broken arm, she was expected to stay home and help take care of her younger siblings when her parents were busy.
     This was fine with Yeshi most of the time, as she loved her many brothers and sisters and wasn't interested in any craft, content to help out in the weyr and maybe one day raise her own broad-after her siblings could take care of themselves!
     Yeshi was also close to both of her parents, and din't get really rebelious until her 15th Turn. That's when she met the first boy she ever really loved and wanted to spend as much time as she could with him. Unfortunately, he died at a Hatching two turns later, clawed in the chest and face by a bronze hatchling. Yeshi was saddened, and went right back to her old routine of climbing, exploring and babysitting.
     Until she was Searched, at 18, Yeshi had never really thought about being a dragonrider, though she respected and admired the dragons and riders.
     Yeshi is still getting used to the fact that Ghanath found her acceptable, though they;ve graduated weyrling training.

Description: Ghanath is a bright spring green, almost gold-green on her flanks shading to blue-green along her back. Her body is well proportioned and more strongly built than the average green Ghanath would do well in a middle altitude wing, being a strong, steady flier She can turn on a wingtip when necessary.
Personality: Ghanath is very much like her rider at times, completely opposite more often. She is fastidious about being clean and looking just right, and will even insist that Yeshi be more concerned with her appearance and do something with her hair, wear nicer clothes� The large green is a gossip and loves to argue, entering her own two marks in Yeshi�s conversations or conversations between other dragons. She loves to sun on her ledge after a good swim in the lake. Ghanath is fascinated by fire-lizards, and usually ignores canines and felines. She hates whers, believing them to be perversions of dragons, which can make things very interesting if not difficult when the pair are out on Search.

Species: Firelizard
Description: Jem is still a baby, round bellied and awkward when he flies. he was a gift from Aiyana when Yeshi graduated.
     Jem is the rich, deep brown of old, well used leather. Lighter patches of brown show on the undersides of his wings, belly, neck and tail.
Personality: Jem is very lazy, prefering to ride on Yeshi's shoulder and sleep, stealing scraps of food off anyone he can, from Yeshi and Ghanath to other weyr residents and sometimes feeding dragons, when he's feeling brave and wants to move. He can be clever when he wants to, but can't be trusted to carry a message. Jem's favorite thing to do is curl up in a sunny spot, preferably on Ghanath's muzzle, which the green usually doens't mind.
