Clock Town

Near the deku flower in East CT at night and in the laundry pool in the day.

Woodfall Temple

1. Floating in mid air in the first room.

2. Same as above, in a treasure chest.

3. Second room of the temple, within a pot in the SE corner of the room.

4. Second room of the temple, obtained by defeated the Deku Baba.

5. One room east of the second room, within the beehive in the NW corner.

6. One room west of the second room (with the stone block), within a beehive underneath on of the platforms above.

7. Same room as above, defeat the Skulltula in the NW corner of the room.

8. Same room as above, underwater in the center of the room.

9. In the dark room on 2F, defeat all of the Black Boes to make a chest with the faerie appear.

10. On 2F in the second room, a faerie within a bubble.

11. On 2F in the second room, hit the switch in the NW corner of the room, and a chest with the faerie will appear.

12. Room before the boss room, in the 1st alcove up to the right on the southern wall

13. Same room as above, 3rd alcove up to the right.

14. Same room as above, 3rd alcove up to the left.

15. Same room as above, within a bubble within the flame pillar.

Snowhead Temple

1. Second room of the temple, in a bubble within the center pillar.

2. Second room of the temple, under the platform at the far end of the room.

3. On B1 in the 5-story central chamber, hit the switch as a Goron to make a chest with a faerie appear.

4. In the room on 2F with a Freezard and a Bombchu, in a bubble on the right.

5. In the same room, use the Lens of Truth to jump from platform to platform from the upper ledge to get to the faerie.

6. In the room with the double (stacked) blocks that you push on ice, a chest will appear on the upper platform accessible from a door from the Compass room.

7. In the room with ice pillars, use the Lens of Truth to see an alcove and a faerie chest.

8. In the Compass room, use Fire Arrows to melt the ice around the switch, then step on it. Then move the block near the edge with the new chest and open it up.

9. Same room as above, bomb the crate to the right of the staircase to 2F to reveal a faerie.

10. In the room with the Goron switches and the White Boes, use the Lens of Truth to look at the ceiling.

11. In the room on 1F with the three Freezards, kill the three Freezards to make a chest with a faerie appear.

12. In the room with many Eenos (snowmen), use the Lens of Truth to find the hidden alcove.

13. In the central chamber, roughly 3F, use the Lens of Truth and the Bunny Hood or the Deku Mask to jump or float into a hidden alcove on a side wall marked by ice marks.

14. In the room on 4F with the Dinalfos, defeat a Dinalfos.

15. Same room as above, defeat the other Dinalfos.

Great Bay Temple

1. In the first room, light all braziers in the 1st room to make a chest with a faerie appear.

2. In the second room, underneath one of the platforms in a bubble.

3. In the second room, kill the skulltula to the left.

4. In the room with the spinning motor, within a barrel on a platform.

5. Same room as above, in a pot at the bottom of the room.

6. In the room with the Map, within one of the pots above water.

7. In the underwater room with four hanging Deku Babas, defeat all four Deku Babas to make a chest with the faerie appear.

8. In the Compass room, within a bubble in the SE waterway from the room guarded by two Dixihands.

9. In the room with the first Green switch, use Ice Arrows to get to the far-left corner of the room, and hookshot up to the ceiling to get to the chest with the faerie.

10. In the "Flywheel" room with the blades you run across, run along the axle of the flywheel and climb onto the fan, and it will be in a small alcove to the right.

11. Same room as above, in an alcove along the lower level.

12. In the room with the teeter-totters, climb up to the green switch, then drop from the pipe into the fenced-in alcove.

13. Same room as above, in the pool under the teeter-totter.

14. In the room before the boss, within the passage into the room within a bubble.

15. Same room as above, underneath the Green Switch.

Stone Tower Temple

Note: It is important to hit every switch in the temple, as 3 faeries only appear after hitting certain switches. Also note some faeries are only accessible when the temple is in its upright or inverted forms.

1. (upright) In the first room, hit the eye of the statue with an arrow to make a chest appear, which you can hookshot to.

2. (upright) In the room with the map, fire the hookshot to the target above the two armos knights.

3. (upright) In the room with several mirrors and Black Boes, shine light onto the right mirror, and then to the Sun Block to reveal a chest with a faerie.

4. (upright) Same room as above, shine light onto one of the six sun icons.

5. (upright) In the room with lava and the vents, turn into a Deku Scrub and fly to a platform with a chest with a faerie.

6. (upright) Same room as above, turn into a Goron and hit the switch. Goron roll to the switch that will extinguish the flames around the chest.

7. (upright/inverted) In the room with the compass, hit the underwater switch surrounded by mines. On the surface, shoot a fire arrow at the ice switch above the door, revealing an inverted chest accessible once you invert the temple.

8. (upright) In the room with Eyegore, defeat Eyegore to reveal a chest with a faerie.

9. (upright) In the room with Eyegore, toss a bomb over the gate to activate a crystal switch, then swim across the pond. Shoot the sun block with a light arrow to destroy it to get the faerie.

10. (upright) On the first Hiploop bridge, fall off of the bridge and onto the ledge below it to find a switch below you. Use a bomb to activate the switch, and chest with a faerie inside will appear.

11. (inverted) The room to the east of the first room. Shoot the sun symbol above the doorway to reveal a chest with a faerie.

12. (inverted) In the room with the Wizrobe, kill the Wizrobe, and a chest will appear. Hookshot up to the chest to get the faerie.

13. (inverted) In the room before the 2nd Eyegore, there's a chest that you can hookshot to.

14. (upright) Return to the room where Faerie #7 was. Swim down as Zora Link to a platform with a chest, and collect the faerie.

15. (inverted) Enter the main room, and shoot the sun symbol with a Light Arrow to make a chest with a faerie appear.
