Pixie is our newest addition. She is a very sweet girl, however, bold and birdy in the field. She has a very stylish, intense point and backs naturally. Pixie has a very dark liver pigment (sometimes confused with black), wonderfully harsh, wiry and dense coat, and a beautifully shaped head. Pixie got her first point going Best of Breed at the Helena Kennel Club show and finished her championship at the Scottsbluff Kennel Club shows in Nebraska on March 30, 2008. She finished with 3 majors including one at the prestigious International Kennel Club of Chicago show (GWPC of Illinois Specialty). On May 28, 2007, she received her NAVHDA Natural Ability Prize. On August 25, 2007, Pixie earned her Junior Hunter title with 4 qualifications in 4 tries! The next day, Pixie placed third in her first walking field trial! We are very proud of her! Special thanks to Laura Reeves, Pixie's breeder, and Kelly Schur for wonderful job with handling Pixie at the GWPCA Nationals and International Kennel Club of Chicago. |
