Bob
Rock
Bob
Rock's usual place on an album is probably the most important, unseen
part. Bob rock is the man behind the controls, the person the fan
never gets to see. He is an unsung hero in the world of rock/pop
music. Bob Rock has been an engineer and producer to some of the
most well known talent in the industry as well as a session bass
and guitar player. The reason people want him to engineer? He has
a knack for adding the correct polish to a band's sound to make
them appeal to the general public. A great example of this is his
work with Metallica ever since their famous 'Black Album', not suprising
that this was the album that brought them to the mainstream. Need
another project he's worked on? How about every Bon Jovi album since
New Jersey! The list is far from complete. Bob has worked with Motley
Crue, The Cult, Bryan Adams, Loverboy, Tal Bachman and Nina Gordon.
Again, this list is far from complete.
Bob
Rock may not be at the forefront of any and band, but his trade
makes certain these people make it to the front of CD racks. Another
true virtuoso in his own right.
