This game was a huge hit on my high school LAN. For those of you who have read any of my other reviews here, I bet your wondering what I actually learned in high school with all this gaming going on, eh? I know I learned how to waste everyone in this, the first of a series of hit games featuring senseless violence! I look at it more along the lines of simulating street survival without the real risk factor. Parents, buy these games for your kids so they know how to handle themselves! I know if it wasn't for Grand Theft Auto, I wouldn't know how to lose the cops after a smooth bank robbery!

A lot of people I know complained that the single player was too difficult without any form of saving feature. I would have to agree, but I know its not possible. I was able to do it by playing very carefully (albieit, it wasn't very fun). The best tip I have is DO NOT do the president mission when you get to Vice City, you will die!

All in all, not a bad game, better than GTA 2, but it doesn't hold a candle to GTA 3 or Vice City!
