| This is Slobodan Milosevic, the former Serbian president. He's prisoned in a Dutch prison in Scheveningen (near The Hague); he's accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity during the war in Kosovo. Although Scheveningen is a Dutch town; the part of the prison he lives in is UN territority. And the security of him and that part of prison is in hands of the UN too. |
