This is one of the shops at the Mosaic shopping center.  I think it is supposed to be
'Ooh La La'.

Sometimes things don't quite make it in translation...there is a hair salon near us called the
'Mona Risa',
and a restaurant in Osaka that has wine, spirits, and 'Blandy'.
